This half term we will be working on perimeter, area and decimals.

A further breakdown of methods used in lessons is on our cluster and visual calculations policy available on the website.

At Home: Please may you keep practising your times tables, as knowing your multiplication facts to 12 is vital for being able to carry out fractions, decimals and percentages work at a year 5 level. Other things you could do are introducing the children to using money and working out change using decimal places.
