Our aims for History

We aim for our Historians to:

• learn about the historical significance of our local area
• investigate history on a global scale
• leave our school with skills and knowledge that will support them in their adult life, facilitating their pride in local and national communities, and preparing them to be active and responsible citizens
• ignite a curiosity about people and places within a historical context.
