The Day the Crayons Quit 

In Autumn 2, the first text we will use to support our writing is 'The Day the Crayons Quit'. We will be learning

how and when we can use apostrophes in our writing and how we can use the conjunctions we have learnt so far to portray opinions and reasons. We will explore the features of persuasive letters and learn how to write persuasively before creating our own letters.
