Light

Our science focus this half term is on light. We will be learning about the importance of light and how we benefit from it. We will think about how safe light is and what precautions we can take to protect us from the light. We will also learn about shadows and consider how light helps to create these, along with finding patterns in the way that shadows are formed and appear. 

Throughout our learning, we will have the opportunity to develop our scientific enquiry skills and have the opportunity to work scientifically. We will make careful observations, set up tests and ask questions.
