It Takes Guts

In English, we will be writing to entertain and inform. We will be using the book ‘It Takes Guts’ to write an explanation on the human digestive system. Later in the half term, we will be using ‘Marcy and the Riddle of the Sphinx’ to write narratives, focussing on settings and character descriptions. We will be practising our handwriting at the start of each English lesson and spelling and grammar will also be taught throughout our sequences.
