Writing to Inform:

This half term, we are writing to inform. Our focus relates to our history 'how did we learn to fly?', as we will be writing a biography about Amelia Earhart. We will be learning about the structure of a biography, the structure of a sentence, using co-ordinating and sub-ordinating conjunctions and the past tense. We will also explore the planning element as we look to write a biography about the Wright brothers and a person of our choice.
