PE

Curriculum Coverage – This Half term our outside PE, held on a Friday will be Football

Our indoor PE, taking place on Wednesdays, will be Yoga.

Days for PE:  Wednesdays and Fridays

Expectations: All children are expected to have indoor and outdoor kit in school at all times including trainers and especially socks for girls in the colder months they wear tights. Hair needs to be tied back and all jewellery is to be removed.

Geography

Our Geography focus this term is the Amazon. during this topic we will introduce the children to rainforests, in particular the Amazon rainforest. Teach children about the significance of lines of latitude, inspire children’s curiosity about people, cultures and places around the world, think about how to live sustainably and how to minimise damage to our planet.

Computing – Creating Media – Video Production

This unit gives learners the opportunity to learn how to create short videos in groups. As they progress through this unit, they will be exposed to topic-based language and develop the skills of capturing, editing, and manipulating video.

CD (Celebrating Difference)

Respect for similarity and difference. Anti-bullying and being unique
