Mass and Capacity 

We will begin the term by learning about mass and capacity. We begin by revisiting scales and how we can read and use scales. We will learn how to measure mass, capacity and volume before exploring equivalent masses. We will then move on to looking at how to add and subtract masses and capacities.

Fractions

We will continue our learning on fractions, drawing on our prior learning from the Spring Term. We will learn how to add and subtract fractions and how to find unit fractions of a set of objects.

Money 

We will begin our unit by consolidating our knowledge of pounds and pence before we learn how to convert pounds and pence and how to add and subtract amounts of money.
