Lost toy museum by David Lucas 

This term we are writing to inform.  This will cover instruction writing, Newspaper reports and recounts.  We will be looking at the features of these different texts and have a go at creating our own using the above books as inspiration.

Phonics

The children will continue to have daily phonic lessons carrying on from those covered last half term.  The reading books they bring home weekly will be linked to the blends that they have been looking at during that week in school.
